- Citiraya Industries Ltd, a publicly listed recycling company in Singapore for S$10m, in conjunction with Chip Lian Investments Pte Ltd, a company wholly controlled by Mr Oei Hong Leong, who purchased an equal stake, for an aggregate holding of 75% ownership

- Equity purchase of ASTI, a semiconductor equipment manufacturer in Singapore with a market cap of c.S$140m, for 15.5% ownership
- Strategize and lead ASTI's voluntary offer for all shares in Flextech Holdings Limited, a shareholder of ASTI involved in the distribution and marketing of electronic components
